Data we process
The form on this website sends nothing to our servers: it only drafts a message that you choose to send via WhatsApp or email. If you write to us, we use your name, contact details, business name and the links you send only to prepare your proposal and reply.
Your business’s public information
To prepare a proposal we look at what your business has published (Instagram, Google listing, reviews). The trial site is not indexed by search engines, and we take it down if you don’t want it.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent, the pre-contractual steps you ask for and the client relationship (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We keep data as long as needed or required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as IP address and browser, only to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.f). Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
